Considering we have multiple offerings…Perhaps the way to go is to order a Split for May delivery for Spring/Summer BBQ season with your custom cutting instructions focused on Steaks and our handy Burger Patties; and then later a Split for August or October delivery for Fall/Winter Stew & Roast season with your custom cutting instructions focused on Roasts, stewing beef and burger….
Provide us with a deposit to secure your order:
Simply email us and we will provide you with deposit instructions. Once we receive your deposit, you will be on The List!

THREE: Later, decide what cuts you want by providing us with your cutting instructions:
We will confirm your order and ask you for your cutting instructions. Click here to pick an order form to complete. Once completed and you press send, the form will be automatically sent to us. We will review it and call you if there is something that is not quite right!
Just prior to delivery we will let you know the balance due calculated on your order’s Hanging Weight. The Balance Due will be payable on or before delivery. We will be in touch with you as to where and when we will be delivering orders.
